Chytil joined Vancouver via trade in February but unfortunately will likely end his campaign with six points (2G / 4A) through 15 games with the club. The 25-year-old Chytil has battled concussion concers over the past few seasons, a trend that has unfortunately followed him to his new team.

Pettersson has missed four straight games and did not practice on Tuesday but remains day-to-day with an upper-body injury. After a mostly disappointing 2024-25 campaign with 35 points (11G / 24A) in his first 55 games, Pettersson was finally starting to produce with the elite ability he's shown in recent seasons, with 10 points (4G / 6A) in the nine games before his injury. Pius Suter has stepped up in Pettersson's absence with eight points (2G / 6A) during a four-game point streak.

The Sharks have been outscored 14-2 in their last two games (0-2-0) and will turn to Georgiev between the pipes on Tuesday against the Anaheim Ducks. The 29-year-old Georgiev allowed six goals on 33 shots in his most recent outing (.818 SV%). He has a 3.66 GAA and .874 SV% in 44 games this season. Laferriere did not play in the Kings' previous game but could re-enter the lineup on Tuesday against the Winnipeg Jets. The 23-year-old Laferrier is averaging 16:41 time-on-ice and has 35 points (16G / 19A) in 68 games this season.

After allowing five goals on 29 shots (.828 SV%) in a 6-1 loss to the Seattle Kraken, Pickard responded in his next outing, saving 26 of 28 (.929 SV%) in a 3-2 win over the Calgary Flames. He will return to the crease on Tuesday against the Vegas Golden Knights. The 32-year-old Pickard has a 2.71 GAA and .899 SV% in 30 appearances this season (18-8-1). The Golden Knights are riding a six-game winning streak and will try to keep their momentum going on Tuesday, with Hill tending the twine against the Edmonton Oilers. Kiviranta has missed three straight due to a lower-body injury but appears to be nearing a return to the lineup. The 29-year-old Kiviranta has a career-high 23 points (16G / 7A) in 72 games this season, including seven points (5G / 2A) in his last 14.

Pietrangelo will miss a fourth straight game on Tuesday as he continues to recover from a lower-body injury. The 35-year-old Pietrangelo is averaging 22:29 time-on-ice and has 32 points (4G / 28A) in 67 games this season.

The Ducks are coming off a 3-2 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs and will hope to return to the win column with Dostal tending the twine on Tuesday against the San Jose Sharks. The 24-year-old Dostal has not played against the Sharks since late October but was tremendous in two contests against them (2-0-0), recording a shutout and saving 57 of 58 combined shots (.983 SV%). He has a 3.01 GAA and .906 SV% in 47 games this season (21-20-6). The Ducks enter Tuesday's contest as -190 home favorites against a Sharks team coming off an 8-1 loss to the Los Angeles Kings.

Maatta did not play in Utah's previous game but could return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Calgary Flames. The 30-year-old defenseman is averaging 19:42 time-on-ice and has 15 points (2G / 13A) in 70 games this season.

Locmelis was a fourth-round pick, 119th overall, of the Bruins in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. The 21-year-old has spent the past two season playing collegiate hockey with UMass-Amherest (H-East) and scored 33 points (8G / 25A) in 40 games in 2024-25.
