They will turn to Hellebuyck on Saturday against the New Jersey Devils as he attempts to break his own slump. Fleury violently collided into the boards in yesterday's game against the Vegas Golden Knights. He needed to be stretchered off the ice and was admitted to the hospital. That said, he was discharged from the hospital the same night, which is an encouraging sign for the 29-year-old defenseman.

The Jets announced shortly after Fleury's departure that he was transported to a hospital via ambulance. Fleury was fully alert and able to move his extremities. An update on his status is expected in the coming days.

The reigning Hart Trophy winner remarkably lost his ninth consecutive start in his last outing, allowing four goals on 27 shots in a 4-3 loss in Ottawa on Saturday.
