Pachal will draw back into Calgary's lineup vs. Washington on Friday.

Pachal has been a healthy scratch for Calgary's last four games but will draw back into their lineup for Hunter Brzustewicz on Friday vs. Washington. Pachal is in his third season with the Flames and is unfortunately on pace to post his lowest point totals since joining the team with three assists and 35 PIMs in 24 games played.

Hunter Brzustewicz will draw back into Calgary's lineup on Wednesday against the Montreal Canadiens, sending Pachal back to the sidelines as a healthy scratch. The 26-year-old Pachal is averaging 13:25 time-on-ice and has three assists in 22 games this season.

Hunter Brzustewicz will draw into Calgary's lineup to make his season debut on Wednesday against the Detroit Red Wings, resulting in Pachal returning to the sidelines as a healthy scratch. The 26-year-old Pachal has been in and out of the lineup lately. He has three assists in 21 games.

Zayne Parekh and Jake Bean will be healthy scratches on Wednesday against the Columbus Blue Jackets, allowing Brayden Pachal and Yan Kuznetsov to draw into Calgary's lineup. The 26-year-old Pachal is averaging 12:40 time-on-ice, recording 14 hits and one assist in seven games this season.

Zayne Parekh (undisclosed) will not play on Thursday against the Ottawa Senators, allowing Pachal to re-enter the lineup. The 26-year-old Pachal played a career-high 76 games with the Flames last season, but has been used sparingly in 2025-26, playing in only four of the team's 11 contests.
