Daniil Miromanov will draw back into Calgary's lineup on Friday against the Calgary Flames, sending Pachal to the sidelines as a healthy scratch. The 25-year-old Pachal has been a regular in the lineup for the Flames, recording seven points (2G / 5A) and averaging 14:24 time-on-ice in 63 games.
Pachal is averaging 14:31 time-on-ice, recording two points (1G / 1A), 27 penalty minutes, 34 blocks, and 72 hits in 31 games this season, earning himself a two-year contract extension. The 25-year-old defenseman has 11 points (3G / 8A) in 93 career NHL games.
Kaedan Korczak will not play on Tuesday due to a lower-body injury, allowing Pachal to return to the lineup for the first time since November 25th. Pachal is averaging 15:22 time-on-ice through 13 games this season and has been held without a point in 12 straight.
Pachal has been a healthy scratch since November 8th but will draw back into the lineup Saturday vs. Arizona after Shea Theodore (upper body) was announced out. Pachal will return to the Golden Knights for the second time this season after he collected one assist and a +1 plus/minus in two games in his previous call-up. In Henderson (AHL), he had two goals, six assists and 67 PIMs through 27 games while captaining Vegas' minor league affiliate.
Pachal has been recalled after scoring two goals, five assists and 62 PIMs in 25 games with the Henderson Silver Knight (AHL). This will be his second career NHL call-up, with his first coming in 2021-22, where he played two games and was a -2 plus/minus.
Pachal was an undrafted free agent who had 15 goals with 36 assists (51 points) in 66 games with the Prince Albert Raiders (WHL) in 2019. He’ll report for a fifth WHL season with the Raiders in 2020.
