Foligno (lower-body) has been placed on IR.

Foligno did not play in Sunday's 3-1 loss to the St. Louis Blues and has subsequently been placed on Injured Reserve. The 34-year-old Foligno will miss at least two more games before he is eligible to return. He is averaging 12:57 time-on-ice and has 11 points (6G / 5A) in 48 games this season.

Marcus Foligno
Shesterkin will start vs. Columbus on Monday.

After nearly two months without playing a game, due to a lower-body injury and the Olympic break, Shesterkin hasn't missed a beat, posting a solid 2.37 GAA and .912 SV% in two games (1-0-1). The Rangers have had a disappointing season, but Shesterkin has remained reliable, posting a 2.38 GAA and .917 SV% in his last 19 appearances since mid-December (11-4-3). Still, the Rangers enter Monday's contest as slight +107 home underdogs against a Columbus Blue Jackets team that has followed up a seven-game winning streak with two straight losses (0-1-1).

Konecny (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision in Toronto on Monday.

Konecny is battling an undisclosed injury and did not participate in all of the drills at Philadelphia's morning skate on Monday. His status in the evening against the Toronto Maple Leafs is up in the air. The 28-year-old forward is coming off a two-point performance (1G / 1A) in a 3-1 win over the Boston Bruins, giving him 18 points (9G / 9A) in his last 13 games.

The 28-year-old Czech goalie has a 1.88 GAA and .927 SV% in his last six appearances (2-1-2). The Flyers enter the action on Monday as slight +112 road underdogs against a struggling Toronto Maple Leafs team that has been outscored 14-5 in three games (0-3-0) since returning from the Olympic break.

Dan Vladar
Carlson (lower-body) has a chance to return on Tuesday vs. Utah.

Carlson suffered a lower-body injury in Washington's final game before the Olympic break on February 6th. He has missed three straight games, but could return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Utah Mammoth. The 36-year-old Carlson has seen significantly less powerplay deployment this season, taking a backseat to Jakob Chychrun, but has remained productive, with an impressive 46 points (10G / 36A) through 55 games.

John Carlson
Merzlikins will start in New York on Monday.

Merzlikins allowed three goals on 22 shots (.864 SV%) in his return from the Olympic break, a 4-2 loss to the Boston Bruins, ending a three-game winning streak. That said, the 31-year-old Latvian goalie has been reliable since Rick Bowness took over as the Blue Jackets’ new Head Coach, posting a solid 2.19 GAA and .916 SV% in seven outings (5-2-0). The Blue Jackets enter Monday's contest as -119 road favourites against a New York Rangers team that has scored two or fewer goals in five of their last six games (1-4-1).

Vladar is in the starter's crease at Philadelphia's morning skate.

Shesterkin was the first goalie off the ice at New York's morning skate.

After nearly two months without playing a game, due to a lower-body injury and the Olympic break, Shesterkin has missed a beat, posting a solid 2.37 GAA and .912 SV% in two games (1-0-1). James (leg) is absent from practice on Monday's after leaving Tampa Bay's previous game with an injury.

James exited Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Buffalo Sabres late due to a leg injury, and is expected to miss Tampa's next two games. The 23-year-old James is averaging 12:14 time-on-ice and has 15 points (7G / 8A) in 43 games this season.

Dominic James

Gage Goncalves
Stolarz is in the starter's crease at Toronto's morning skate.

The Maple Leafs have come out of the Olympic break on a miserable three-game losing streak (0-3-0) and will hope for a better result on Monday, with Stolarz tending the twine against the Philadelphia Flyers. Stolarz played well in relief of Joseph Woll in Saturday's 5-2 loss to the Ottawa Senators, saving all 12 shots he faced. That said, the 32-year-old Stolarz only has one win in his last seven appearances (1-4-0), posting an ugly 4.38 GAA and .867 SV%. The Maple Leafs enter Monday's contest as -123 home favourites against a Flyers team on a two-game winning streak.
