The Bruins have recalled Jeremy Lauzon from Providence (AHL).
Lauzon has recorded one goal and three assists (four points) in six games with Providence this season. He could make his NHL debut on Thursday with Torey Krug, Charlie McAvoy, Kevan Miller and Urho Vaakanainen all banged up on the Bruins blueline.
Line Change
Hertl missed the Sharks morning skate but will play on Thursday.
Dylan Gambrell skated in Hertl’s spot on the second line during the morning skate, but Hertl will play vs. the Sabres. Hertl has two goals and one assist (three points) in six games this season.
Stone missed the Senators morning skate but will play on Monday.
Stone was given Monday morning off to “give him a break” because he has a “little nagging thing,” according to Senators head coach Guy Boucher. Stone comes into Monday’s meeting with the Stars with two goals and one assist in five games this season.
Line Change
Hutton will be in the Canucks lineup on Tuesday.
Hutton was a healthy scratch in the first two games of the season but will replace Michael Del Zotto tonight in Carolina. Hutton’s numbers have gotten worse each season, culminating in just six assists in 61 games last season.

The Golden Knights have signed Shea Theodore to a seven-year extension worth $36.4M ($5.2M AAV).
Theodore saw some time in the AHL last year, but quickly showed he belonged in the NHL, scoring five goals and six assists (11 points) in just eight games with the Chicago Wolves. With the Golden Knights he registered 29 points (6G / 23A) in 61 games and is a front-runner to lead the Vegas blueline in ice-time this season. Theodore may have to battle with Colin Miller for top power-play time, but he is a candidate for a 10-goal, 30-assist season on a strong Vegas squad.
The Golden Knights signed William Karlsson to a one-year deal worth $5.25M.
The Senators have signed Mark Stone to a one-year deal worth $7.35M.
The Sharks have signed Tomas Hertl to a four-year contract extension.
The Flames acquired Noah Hanifin and Elias Lindholm from the Hurricanes for Dougie Hamilton, Michael Ferland and Adam Fox.
Hanifin is coming off of the best season of his young career, picking up 10 goals and 22 assists (32 points) in 79 games. Playing on the best possession team in hockey, Hanifin had an impressive +2.8 relative Corsi. The 21-year-old is an RFA who the Flames will have to sign this summer. Matt Cane of HockeyGraphs predicts a two-year bridge deal worth $4.672M ($2.336M AAV).
Smith (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision on Saturday.
Hutton (foot) will be back in the Canucks lineup on Thursday.
Hutton has been out since March 14th, but will be back in tonight vs. the Coyotes. Hutton has had a tough season, picking up just six assists and is running out of time to pick up his first goal.
Smith (undisclosed) is still not ready to play on Monday.
Hanifin (concussion) will be back in the lineup on Saturday.
Hagg will be a healthy scratch on Thursday.
Hanifin is out indefinitely with a concussion.
Hanifin missed Sunday’s game in Brooklyn with a concussion that he suffered against the Flyers on Saturday. With just 10 games left in the regular season, there’s a chance that Hanifin’s season could be over. Concussions are tricky and there’s no sense risking him getting hurt with the Hurricanes’ season basically over.
The Flames have recalled Rasmus Andersson from Stockton (AHL).
Andersson allowed eight goals on 30 shots (38 points) in 53 games with the Heat this season. Andersson comes up because T.J. Brodie suffered an upper-body injury last night. Andersson has not picked up a point in two career NHL games.
Hanifin (upper-body) will not play on Sunday.
Hagg (lower-body) will be back in the Flyers lineup on Sunday.
