Hart will start vs. Columbus on Thursday.

The Golden Knights continue to rely on Hart despite his recent struggles. The Golden Knights enter the action on Thursday as -148 home favorites against a Columbus Blue Jackets team that has lost three of their last four games (1-2-1).

The 27-year-old netminder struggled in his last start, allowing four goals on 19 shots in a 4-3 loss in St. Louis on Friday. Hart brings a 4-3-3 record and an .876 SV% into Tuesday night's matchup with the Jets, where the Golden Knights enter action at -110 on the money line.

Megna will draw back into Vegas' lineup vs. St. Louis on Friday.

With Brayden McNabb (upper-body) out week-to-week, Megna will enter the lineup. Megna is no stranger to the NHL, with 193 career games played, but has spent the entirety of the 2025-26 season in the AHL. The 33-year-old defenseman has six points (2G / 4A) in 23 games with the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL).

Eichel (lower-body) will draw back into Vegas' lineup vs. St. Louis on Friday.

Eichel has not played in nearly three weeks but will return to the lineup on Friday against the St. Louis Blues. The Golden Knights struggled without Eichel, losing six of seven (1-3-3), and will be eager for him to re-enter the lineup. The 29-year-old Eichel was having a terrific season before his injury, scoring 41 points (12G / 29A) in 31 games.

The Golden Knights have been bleeding defensively lately, allowing 15 combined goals in their last three games. Carter Hart returns to the crease after a night off and hopes to return to the form he showcased earlier in his return to the NHL. The 27-year-old goalie had a 2.40 GAA and .917 SV% in his first five games (3-0-2), but has fallen to an ugly 4.02 GAA and .832 SV% in his last four (1-2-1). The Golden Knights enter Friday’s contest as -139 road underdogs against the St. Louis Blues.

Eichel has not played in over two weeks and appears to be nearing a return after being a full participant at practice on Tuesday, but will miss at least one more game. The 29-year-old Eichel was having a terrific season before his injury, scoring 41 points (12G / 29A) in 31 games.

Schmid will start vs. Nashville on Wednesday.

Carter Hart has played poorly lately, allowing 10 goals on 50 combined shots (.800 SV%) over his last two games, leading the way for Schmid to start on Wednesday against the Nashville Predators. Schmid was solid in relief of Hart in Monday's 5-2 loss to the Minnesota Wild, saving all 15 shots he faced. The 25-year-old Swiss goalie has a 2.40 GAA and .900 SV% in 19 games this season (11-3-4).

Eichel has not played in over two weeks, but appears to be nearing a return after being a full participant at practice on Tuesday. The 29-year-old Eichel was having a terrific season before his injury, scoring 41 points (12G / 29A) in 31 games. He was skating on a line with Ivan Barbashev and Braeden Bowman at practice.

Hart will start vs. Minnesota on Monday.

The Golden Knights face off against the Minnesota Wild on Monday and will turn to Hart to tend the twine for a fourth consecutive game. Hart allowed five goals on 38 shots (.868 SV%) in his most recent outing, a 6-5 shootout loss to the Colorado Avalanche. The Golden Knights seem committed to giving Hart the opportunity to prove himself between the pipes, but his start to the season has been inconsistent at times. The 27-year-old goalie has a 2.76 GAA and .898 SV% in eight games this season (4-1-3).
