Brossoit will start Tuesday vs. the Golden Knights.

Brossoit stopped 33 of 35 shots in the Jets win over the Red Wings last Friday. Brossoit has been extremely impressive this season and comes into Tuesday’s game on a six-game personal winning streak, posting a 2.47 GAA, .930 SV% and one shutout over that span. Despite playing very well, Brossoit has the tough task of facing a Vegas team that has won eight of their last nine.

Price stopped all 28 shots that he faced in the Canadiens shutout win over the Avalanche on Saturday. The win snapped a three-game losing skid for Price, who faces the Bruins for the fourth time tonight—Price has gone 1-2-0 with a 2.37 GAA, .932 SV% and one shutout in the first three meetings of the year.

Price will start Thursday in St. Louis.

Price allowed one goal on 25 shots in the Canadiens shutout loss to the Wild on Monday. Price has gone 1-2-0 with a 1.37 GAA and .955 SV% since returning from injury and will start Thursday after getting a breather on Tuesday. Price stopped 23 of 25 shots in a win in his first start against the Blues this season and is a nice option with a rookie goalie in the other crease.

Brossoit will start Friday vs. the Red Wings.

Brossoit stopped all 40 shots that he faced in the Jets 1-0 shutout win in Vancouver on December 22nd. Brossoit has won five consecutive games, while allowing 13 goals on 178 shots (.927 SV%). Brossoit falls four games short of being a qualified starter right now, but would rank first in the NHL in GAA (2.11) and SV% (.939) if he did qualify. He is a must-start vs. the Red Wings.

Price will start Monday vs. the Wild.

Price allowed three goals on 31 shots in the Canadiens loss to the Predators on Saturday. Since returning from a minor injury, Price has stopped 61 of the 64 shots (.953 SV%) that he has faced. Montreal will try and get revenge against the Wild after losing 7-1 in mid-December. Price is 8-8-2 with a 3.02 GAA and .895 SV% at the Bell Centre this season.

Price stopped all 33 shots he faced in the Canadiens shutout win over the Canucks on Thursday. It was impressive return to the crease for Price, who missed the three previous games. Price is now on a personal three-game winning streak, stopping 92 of 96 shots (.958 SV%). Price enters play on Saturday at 8-7-2 with a 3.02 GAA and, .895 SV% and one shutout on home-ice.

Price missed the last three games with a lower-body injury but will start Thursday vs. the Canucks. Price stopped 23 of 26 shots in a win in Vegas in his las start, finishing December at 8-3-0 with a 2.42 GAA and .916 SV%. In his first start against the Canucks, Price stopped 36 of 38 shots in a 3-2 win (Nov.17).

Price (lower-body) has been activated from IR and will be available for Thursday.

Price has missed the last three games with a lower-body injury but could start Thursday vs. the Canucks. Antti Niemi posted a 3.68 GAA and .881 SV% in those three games but went 2-1-0. It would be Price’s first start since December 22nd. The 31-year-old was 8-3-0 with a 2.42 GAA and .916 SV% in December.

Brossoit gave up three goals on 37 shots in the Jets win in Chicago on December 14th. Brossoit has allowed at least three goals in four straight games but has won each of those games. The 25-year-old backup has gone 4-1-0 with a 2.67 GAA and .912 SV% on the road this year.

Price allowed one goal on 37 shots in the Canadiens win in Arizona on Thursday. Price stopped 60 of 63 shots (.952 SV%) in back-to-back starts on Wednesday/Thursday and will start for the third time in four days today. Price is 7-3-0 with a 2.36 GAA and .919 SV% in December but draws a brutal matchup in Vegas.

Price made 24 saves on 26 shots but it was not enough as the Canadiens fell to the Avalanche last night. Price has dropped two in a row but is 6-3-0 with a 2.51 GAA and .912 SV% in 10 December appearances so far. Starting on the road for a second straight night is a tough task but he draws a worthwhile matchup in Arizona.

Klingberg (hand) will return to the Stars lineup on Thursday.

Klingberg has been out since November 8th but is set to return to the Stars lineup tomorrow. Klingberg has registered 13 points (5G / 8A) in 16 games with the Stars prior to getting hurt. Klingberg will be back on a pair with Esa Lindell and on the top power-play against the Blackhawks.

Klingberg is four weeks into what was originally a five-week timetable. It looks like Klingberg will be back a couple of days early as he appears to be on-pace to play Thursday. The 26-year-old was tied for sixth among defensemen in points with 13 (5G / 8A) in 15 games before getting hurt.

Price allowed two goals on 18 shots in the Canadiens win over the Senators on Saturday. It was an easy night for Price, who has won five straight starts while posting a 2.19 GAA and .923 SV%. Tonight he faces the Bruins for the second time this season—he is 1-1-0 with a 1.53 GAA and .956 SV% in the first two meetings.
