Martin Kaut has been reassigned to the San Jose Barracuda (AHL).

Kaut has three goals, two assists, 20 SOG and a -2 plus/minus in nine games since being traded to San Jose from Colorado but has been reassigned to the San Jose Barracuda (AHL) after playing 18:53 TOI Thursday. The 23-year-old returns to the AHL, where he had eight goals, 13 assists, eight PIMs and a -6 plus/minus through 25 games with both San Jose (AHL) and Colorado (AHL).

John Klingberg will return to the Wilds' lineup Wednesday (upper-body).

Klingberg has missed the Wilds' previous three games due to an upper-body injury and will return to Minnesota's lineup Wednesday vs. Colorado. The 30-year-old had nine goals, 19 assists, 95 SOG, 34 PIMs and a -23 plus/minus through 59 games played between Minnesota and Anaheim.

Ryan Reaves will be out Wednesday vs. Colorado with an upper-body injury.

Reaves left the Wilds' previous game after just 4:26 TOI due to an upper-body injury and will be out Wednesday as the team takes on the Colorado Avalanche. The 36-year-old bruiser has five goals, nine assists, 40 SOG, 36 PIMs and a -2 plus/minus through 66 games with Minnesota and the New York Rangers this season.

Kurashev will miss the rest of the 2023 season with a shoulder injury.

Kurashev left the Blackhawks' previous game vs. Washington after just 1:04 TOI and will miss the rest of the 2023 season with a shoulder injury. The 23-year-old puts a cap on the 2022-23 season with a total of nine goals, 16 assists, 116 SOG, 14 PIMs and a -32 plus/minus through 70 games prior to his injury.

Philipp Kurashev will be out Saturday vs. Minnesota due to an undisclosed injury.

Kurashev left the Blackhawks' previous game vs. Washington after 1:04 TOI due to an undisclosed injury and will miss the team's game Saturday. The hope is that the 23-year-old does not have a concussion as he does have nine goals, 16 assists, 116 SOG and a -32 plus/minus through 70 games this season.

Nedeljkovic will start Saturday in Philadelphia.

Nedeljkovic stopped eight of nine shots (.889 SV%) and picked up the loss in a relief appearance his last time out vs. St. Louis. The 27-year-old is currently called up on an emergency basis and has struggled greatly with Detroit all season, as shown by his 2-5-2 record, 4.01 GAA and .880 SV%. He will take on the Philadelphia Flyers, who have won three of their last four games but are 30th in the NHL in goals per game 2.68.

Carl Berglund has been signed to a two-year, entry-level contract starting in 2023-24.

Berglund had 12 goals, 15 assists, 12 PIMs and a +7 plus/minus through 36 games with UMass-Lowell (NCAA) and has now signed a two-year, entry-level contract starting in 2023-24. Berglund was an undrafted Free Agent at the time of signing.

Orlov will be back in the Bruins lineup on Tuesday (rest).

The Bruins gave Orlov a day off for their last game to rest but he will return to the lineup Tuesday as they take on Ottawa. The 31-year-old has found an offensive spark since joining the Bruins a few weeks back, with three goals, 12 points 15 SOG and a +12 plus/minus through only 11 games with Boston so far.

The Sharks have reassigned William Eklund to San Jose (AHL).

Eklund picked up two goals and one assist (three points) in eight games with the Sharks during his call-up. The 20-year-old winger returns to the AHL, where he is second on the team with 41 points (17G / 24A) in 52 games. Andrew Agozzino was recalled in a corresponding move to take Eklund's spot on the roster.
