Murray served as Jake Oettinger's backup Wednesday because Scott Wedgewood was believed to be dealing with something minor but will return to Texas (AHL) Thursday. The 25-year-old has gone 13-8-5 with a 2.43 GAA and .905 SV% in 27 AHL games this season.

Murray is expected to serve as Jake Oettinger's backup because Scott Wedgewood is believed to be dealing with something minor. The 25-year-old has gone 13-8-5 with a 2.43 GAA and .905 SV% in 27 AHL games this season.

Annunen played great in his only start of the season with the Avalanche, stopping 19 of 20 shots (.950 SV%) for his first win of the season against St. Louis. With Colorado not playing until Friday, he has been reassigned to the Colorado Eagles (AHL) for the time being.

Saros allowed four goals on 35 shots (.886 SV%) for his third loss in four starts as he was beaten by Minnesota in his last start. The 27-year-old has been solid all season, as shown by his 20-16-5 record, 2.82 GAA and .916 SV%. He takes on the Vancouver Canucks, who broke a three-game losing streak with a 6-2 win over Philadelphia last game.

Oesterle has two goals, three assists, 40 SOG, and eight PIMs across 38 games played but will be a healthy scratch Tuesday as Detroit takes on Washington. Robert Hagg will be Oesterle's replacement in Detroit's lineup.

O'Reilly is in the final year of a seven-year deal that carries a $7.5 million cap hit. In the trade, the Blues retained 50 percent of O'Reilly's contract and the Wild retained 25 percent, so the Maple Leafs get him at a $1.875M cap hit. O'Reilly's offensive game has struggled this season, scoring just 12 goals with seven assists (19 points) in 40 games. He brings an excellent two-way game and the ability to play centre in a shutdown role or the wing in an offensive role. His fantasy stock could rise if he ends up on the wing with John Tavares and Mitch Marner.

Annunen has a 16-8-4 record, .912 SV% and 2.55 GAA with the Colorado Eagles (AHL) and has been recalled for the first time this season Friday. Annunen is expected to start one of the Avalanche's back-to-back games this upcoming weekend.

Saros stopped 23 of 24 shots (.958 SV%) for his fourth win in five starts as he beat Philadelphia his last time between the pipes. The 27-year-old has been a wall for Nashville all season, as shown by his .919 SV%, 2.73 GAA and 20-14-5 record. He takes on the NHL's best team the Boston Bruins, who have won two of their last three games and are third in the NHL in goals per game (3.66).

Perbix has four goals, 11 assists, 70 SOG, 14 PIMs and a +11 plus/minus through 42 games this season but will be a healthy scratch Tuesday vs. Carolina.
