Wallstedt will start Saturday in Winnipeg.

Wallstedt gave up four goals on 41 shots in the Wild's 5-1 loss to the Avalanche last Sunday. After scorching hot November, Wallstedt has cooled off a bit as of late, going 2-2-0 with a 3.05 GAA and .906 SV% in his last four starts. On Saturday, he'll face a Jets team that has lost seven of their last eight games. He posted a 32-save shutout in Winnipeg in late November.

Jiricek will be a healthy scratch vs. Nashville on Tuesday.

Zach Bogosian (lower body) will return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Nashville Predators, resulting in Jiricek being a healthy scratch. The 22-year-old Jiricek has seen limited playing time this season, averaging just 12:08 time-on-ice and scoring zero points through 18 games.

Bogosian has not played in over a week due to a lower-body injury, but will return to the lineup on Tuesday against the Nashville Predators. The 35-year-old veteran defenseman is averaging 14:59 time-on-ice and has two points (1G / 1A) in 17 games this season. David Jiricek will be a healthy scratch to accommodate Bogosian's return.

Gustavsson will start vs. Nashville on Tuesday.

Minnesota's two-headed goalie rotation of Jesper Wallstedt and Filip Gustavsson has dominated the NHL over the past several weeks and will turn to Gustavsson in their final game before the Holiday Break. The 27-year-old Gustavsson has been near-perfect lately, posting a stellar 1.40 GAA and .945 SV% in his last five games (5-0-0). He owns a 2.47 GAA and .913 SV% in 23 games this season (12-8-3). Minnesota enters the action on Tuesday as a -171 home favorite against a Nashville Predators team playing its best hockey of the season, having won seven of its last 10 games (7-3-0).

Middleton (upper-body) is questionable to play on Saturday vs. Edmonton.

Middleton has not played in nearly two weeks due to an upper-body injury, but could be an option to return on Saturday against the Edmonton Oilers. The 29-year-old defenseman is averaging 18:08 time-on-ice and has six assists in 28 games this season.

Zuccarello (upper-body) is questionable to return vs. Edmonton on Saturday.

Zuccarello missed the first month of the season with a lower-body injury and has been sidelined again for nearly two weeks due to an upper-body injury. That said, he is nearing a return to the lineup and could be an option on Saturday against the Edmonton Oilers. The 38-year-old Zuccarello has been effective when healthy, with 12 points (2G / 10A) in 15 games.

Brodin (lower-body) is questionable to return vs. Edmonton on Saturday.

Brodin exited last Thursday's game against the Dallas Stars late in the third period and has not played since. He was retroactively placed on Injured Reserve and, but could potentially return on Saturday against the Edmonton Oilers. The 32-year-old defenseman is averaging 22:05 time-on-ice and has nine points (3G / 6A) in 30 games this season.
