Foote has 18 goals, 12 assists, 25 PIMs and a +3 plus/minus through 49 games with Utica (AHL) and has been recalled to New Jersey Friday. He returns to the NHL, where he played three games earlier in the season, failing to pick up a point.

Tarasov allowed five goals on 32 shots (.844 SV%) to snap a seven-game losing streak as he beat San Jose in his previous start. The 23-year-old has had a tough first NHL season, with his 3-9-1 record, 3.40 GAA and .903 SV%. He will take on the red-hot Los Angeles Kings, who have won six of their last seven games after this 5-2 win over the New York Islanders last game.

Petry left the Penguins' previous game vs. Montreal after just 14:42 TOI due to an undisclosed injury but will play Thursday. The 35-year-old has five goals, 21 assists, 100 SOG, 20 PIMs and a +2 plus/minus through 51 games this season.


Bobrovsky allowed five goals on 27 shots (.815 SV%) to snap a three-game winning streak with a loss to Winnipeg his last time starting. The 34-year-old has had a below-average season by his standards, with his 21-7-3 record, 2.98 GAA and .904 SV%. He will take on the Montreal Canadiens, who snapped a seven-game losing streak after a 6-4 win over Pittsburgh last game.

Guzda has a 14-7-3 record, 2.85 GAA and .900 SV% with the Charlotte Checkers (AHL) and has been recalled Wednesday to Florida for the first time this season. He will act as a backup to Sergei Bobrovsky and is not expected to see game action during his call-up.

Kulikov left the Penguins' previous game due to a lower-body injury after just 8:13 TOI and has not been placed on the long-term injured reserve as he is week-to-week with a lower-body injury. The 32-year-old was acquired at the trade deadline for Pittsburgh and has a goal, 13 assists, 82 SOG, 30 PIMs and a -11 plus/minus through 65 games this season. His earliest return date is April 6th.

Tarasov last took the Blue Jackets' crease on January 17th and picked up his sixth-straight loss in a 28-save (.929 SV%) defeat to Nashville. The 23-year-old old netminder has struggled to pick up victories with his 2-9-1 record but has a decent .908 SV% and 3.28 GAA. He takes on the struggling San Jose Sharks, who have lost eight of their last nine contests and are 24th in the NHL in both goals per game (2.87) and shots on goal per game (29.9).

Alscher has seven goals, 21 points, 63 PIMs and a -4 plus/minus through 54 games with the Portland Winterhawks (WHL) and has signed a three-year, entry-level deal with the Florida Panthers. The 18-year-old was a 2022 third-round pick (93rd overall) by the Panthers.



Tarasov was 4-5-0 with a .871 SV% and 4.07 GAA with the Cleveland Monsters (AHL) and has been recalled to Columbus on an emergency basis Friday. The 23-year-old returns to Columbus where he was 2-9-1 with a .908 SV% and 3.28 GAA earlier in the season.

Bobrovsky stopped 31 of 32 shots (.969 SV%) for his third win in four games as he beat Vegas in his previous start. The 34-year-old has steadily improved his season numbers as of late and now has a respectable 20-17-2 record, 2.93 GAA and .907 SV%. He will face Chicago, who has lost five of their last six games after a 4-3 loss to Detroit last game and are last in the NHL in goals per game (2.48).

Bobrovsky stopped 31 of 32 shots (.969 SV%) for his third win in five games as he beat Pittsburgh easily in his previous start. The 34-year-old has posted a +.900 SV% in 10 of his last 11 starts, improving his season stats to a 19-17-2 record, 2.98 GAA and .906 SV%. He will try to snap the Vegas Golden Knights three-game winning streak that they achieved after a 4-3 win over Montreal last game.
