Bobrovsky will start Thursday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Bobrovsky stopped 20 of 22 shots (.909 SV%) for his third-straight win as he beat the Detroit Red Wings in his previous start. The 34-year-old has enjoyed an up-and-down season, with his 24-17-3 record, 2.98 GAA and .904 SV%. He will face the Toronto Maple Leafs, who have lost three of their last five games after a 7-2 loss to the New York Islanders last game.

Sam Bennett is out Tuesday and is considered day-to-day (undisclosed).

Bennett left Monday's game in Detroit and did not return. It was announced Tuesday that he would miss the Panthers' game and is considered day-to-day with an undisclosed injury in the meantime. Givani Smith will take his spot in the Panthers' lineup as he returns from a head injury.

Tarasov allowed five goals on 29 shots (.828 SV%) for his eighth loss in nine starts as he lost to Vegas his last time between the pipes. The 23-year-old has been hung out to dry in his first NHL season, leading to his 3-11-1 record, 3.77 GAA and .896 SV%. He will face the Washington Capitals, who have lost five of their last seven games after a 5-3 loss to Minnesota last game.

Bennett left Monday's game in Detroit and did not return. Head coach Paul Maurice had no update on Bennett's status post-game, saying only that he would be reevaluated on Tuesday. Casey Fitzgerald will likely be a seventh defenseman if Bennett is unavailable in Philadelphia.
