It will be MacDonald's first game since April 14th, as he replaces Dan Renouf in the lineup in San Jose. MacDonald has tallied one goal with six assists (seven points) in 29 games this season.





Kulak has been scratched for six straight games but will replace Erik Gustafsson in the lineup on Saturday. Kulak, who will likely skate on the third pairing with Jon Merrill, has one goal and six assists in 39 games this season.



Kiviranta has been out since March 21st but is "an option for tonight" according to Stars' head coach Rick Bowness. Kiviranta has scored three goals with four assists (seven points) in 19 games this season.


Roy left Saturday's game in Anaheim with an undisclosed injury and did not return. He was not on the ice for Tuesday's practice, so it seems unlikely that he'll be available for Wednesday's game vs. the Avalanche.





O'Connor has been out since March 31st but he's expected to replace Joonas Donskoi (COVID-19) in the lineup on Thursday. O'Connor has scored three goals with two assists (five points) in 22 games this season.

With Jon Merrill done his quarantine and set to make his Canadiens debut on Wednesday, Brett Kulak will head to the press box. Kulak has picked up just three points (1G / 2A) in his last 25 games.
