Lawson Crouse will draw back into Utah's lineup on Thursday against the Columbus Blue Jackets, resulting in Maccelli being a healthy scratch. The 24-year-old Maccelli zero points in his last five game and will be a healthy scratch for the second time in the last two weeks.

Utah HC head coach Andre Tourigny refused to provide insight on Maccelli being a healthy scratch other than it being an "internal decision." The 24-year-old Maccelli is averaging 13:58 time-on-ice and has 17 points (8G / 9A) in 48 games this season. Michael Carcone will draw into the lineup as Maccelli's replacement.


Maccelli is the latest victim of the bug travelling around Utah's dressing room. His absence tonight makes room for Clayton Keller, who missed last game with an illness.
