Devine will slot in for Carter Verhaeghe, who is out with an undisclosed injury. Devine will skate with Jack Studnicka and Luke Kunin on Florida's fourth line.
Devine was drafted in the seventh-round, 221st overall, by the Panthers in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft. The 22-year-old forward, a product of the University of Denver, has been impressive in the AHL this season, scoring 12 points (6G / 6A) through 13 games. He will make his NHL debut on Thursday against the New Jersey Devils.
