Demko will start Thursday vs. the Wild.

Demko, playing in his first game since December 1st stopped 34 of 38 shots (.895 SV%) and beat Dallas his last time out. The 27-year-old has been having a year to forget, as shown by his 4-10-2 record, 3.93 GAA and .884 SV%. He takes on the red-hot Minnesota Wild, who have won six of their last seven contests and have the seventh best powerplay in the NHL (23.5%).

Lankinen will start Thursday in Florida.

Lankinen stopped 30 of 33 shots (.909 SV%) for his third win in four games as he beat the Florida Panthers in his previous start. The 27-year-old Predators' backup has been enjoying his best season to date, with his 6-5-1 record, 2.70 GAA and .919 SV%. He takes on Florida Panthers, who have won three of their last five games after a 4-1 victory over Tampa Bay last game and are first in the NHL in shots per game (36.7).

Thatcher Demko has been activated off the injured reserve (groin).

Demko last played on December 1st due to a groin injury and has been activated from the injured reserve and will be a game-time decision Monday as Vancouver takes on Dallas. The 27-year-old was struggling before the injury, with his 3-10-2 record, 3.93 GAA and .883 SV%.

Raty will make his Canucks debut on Thursday.

Raty had seven goals, nine assists, 14 PIMs and a -2 plus/minus through 35 games between Abbotsford (AHL) and Bridgeport (AHL) and will make his Vancouver Canucks debut Thursday. The 22-year-old had two goals in 12 games with the Islanders prior to the trade.
