Buchnevich is the latest to land in COVID-19 protocol in St. Louis, joining Vladimir Tarasenko, Brayden Schenn, Colton Parayko and Scott Perunovich.

Texier missed the last two games due to a "non-COVID illness" but has now tested positive for COVID-19 and will miss at least two more games.

Bjugstad was reportedly in a lot of discomfort after getting hurt in Tuesday's practice and will not play in Thursday's game in Boston. Connor Dewar is expected to replace Bjusgstad on the Wild's fourth line.

Schenn has been out since December 12th but was on the ice for Tuesday's practice and is expected to play Wednesday in Pittsburgh. Schenn will return on the wing and will skate with Ivan Barbashev and Pavel Buchnevich on the third line. Schenn had 10 points (4G / 6A) in 19 games before getting hurt.

This is a huge blow for the Blue Jackets, who will also be without Zach Werenski and Elvis Merzlikins. Texier has been red-hot as of late, posting 10 points (5G / 5A) in his last 10 games.

Fowler suffered what appeared to be a head/neck/shoulder related upper-body injury when he crashed into the board in Vancouver on Wednesday.

Fowler left Wednesday's game with an upper-body injury and did not return. The Ducks did not have much of an update on his status on Thursday but he was able to skate on his own and is questionable to play in Vegas.

Kyrou has not played since December 11th due to an upper-body injury but will be back on the third line with Tyler Bozak and Logan Brown on Wednesday. Kyrou has nine goals and 16 assists (27 points) in 27 games this season.

Thomas has not played since December 4th due to a lower-body injury but will be back on the second line with Vladimir Tarasenko and Pavel Buchnevich on Wednesday. Thomas has been terrific this season, scoring two goals with 20 assists (22 points) in 24 games this season.
