Giroux will miss his second straight game with an upper-body injury. Sean Couturier is expected to return which will help with Giroux out, but they’ll be in tough without their leading scorer. Giroux is considered day-to-day.

Giroux missed Saturday’s game in Toronto and his absence from this morning’s practice suggests that Giroux will miss a second straight game on Tuesday. Thankfully for the Flyers, it looks like Sean Couturier will return to the lineup, which should ease the loss of Giroux.

Jensen was recalled for Monday’s game, but did not get into the lineup. He has been sent down to play with Grand Rapids over the NHL All-Star break.

Perron will be a unrestricted free agent at the end of the season. Despite playing the majority of the season with Sidney Crosby, Perron had just 16 points (4G / 12A) in 43 games.
