Pinto (upper-body) is expected to miss at least five games.

Pinto will miss the remaining two games on the Senators' current homestand and then is not expected to travel with the team on their upcoming three-game road trip. With Pinto out, Nick Paul is expected to shift to centre on the Senators' second line.

Pinto (upper-body) will be re-evaluated on Saturday; will not play vs. the Rangers.

Pinto was hurt early in Thursday's game vs. the Sharks and will not play on Saturday. The Senators are hopeful that Pinto will not be out long-term but they are expected to release a more detailed timetable after he's re-evaluated tomorrow.

The Senators have signed Brady Tkachuk to a seven-year deal worth $57.5 million ($8.214M AAV).

Tkachuk and the Senators have agreed to terms on a seven-year deal on the day of their first game of the season. Tkachuk is a fantasy force, combining for 80 points (38G / 42A), 479 shots and 551 hits in 127 games over the last two seasons--that extrapolates to 25 goals, 27 assists, 309 shots and 355 hits over 82 games.

Eller (lower-body) will be a game-time decision for Game 4 vs. the Bruins.

Eller missed Game 3 after suffering a lower-body injury in Game 2. Eller was on the ice for Friday's game-day skate, centring the third line and seeing PP2 time. Both are good signs that he will be available for Game 4 but he is officially listed as a game-time decision again.
