He draws a good matchup vs. an Ottawa team that has lost six of nine—Andersen stopped 24 of 25 shots in a 4-1 win in his first start vs. the Senators.

Andersen allowed two goals on 34 shots in the Ducks win in Los Angeles last Saturday. The Ducks will continue their goalie rotation, going back to Andersen tonight after John Gibson started the last two games. Andersen is riding a six-game winning streak while posting a 1.88 GAA and .935 SV%.

Andersen has played very well this season, but has struggled a bit on the road—he has gone 8-7-3 with a 2.49 GAA and .915 SV% on the road.

Ehlers is out with an eye injury that he suffered in Thursday’s loss to the Islanders. Ehlers was hit in the face by the puck and is out indefinitely. With Ehlers out, the Jets have recalled J.C. Lipon from Manitoba (AHL).

Fast missed the Rangers’ morning skate and is listed as a game-time decision for Monday’s game vs. the Blue Jackets. Despite the addition of Eric Staal, it looks as if Fast will remain in the Rangers’ top-6 tonight if he is able to play. Monitor his status during the pre-game warmups.
