Zucker missed the last three games with a lower-body injury but will play Saturday vs. the Capitals. He has been limited to just 32 games this season due to injury, scoring six goals with eight assists (14 points)

Pearson left Thursday's game in Arizona with an upper-body injury and did not return. Post-game, head coach Bruce Boudreau said "hopefully just day-to-day," and hopes he'll be able to play Saturday.


Stanley is reportedly dealing with some "minor" bumps and bruises, so he'll come out of the lineup vs. the Avalanche. Stanley will be replaced by Dylan Samberg in the lineup.

Zucker was at practice on Wednesday but is not ready to play in Thursday's game in New York. Anthony Angello will likely remain in the lineup in Zucker's spot.



Byram was recalled from his brief conditioning stint with Colorado (AHL) and will play Tuesday in Pittsburgh. It will be Byram's first NHL game since January 10th and his 19th of the season. In his first 18, Byram had 11 points (5G / 6A), 35 shots and 15 blocked shots.

Byram has been out since January 10th but recently went to the AHL for conditioning. He did not register a point in two games with the Eagles but has 11 points (5G / 6A) in 18 NHL games this season. He could be back in the Avalanche lineup on Tuesday, or at some point during their three-game road trip.

Bayreuther drew into the lineup on Saturday but will be a healthy scratch on Monday with Zach Werenski (upper-body) returning to the lineup. Bayreuther had no points in 14:24 TOI on Saturday.

Meyer was a sixth-round pick in 2017 and is set to make his NHL debut on Monday. Meyer is an Ohio native, who hasn't left the state. He played two years at Miami (Ohio) University, two years at Ohio State and is in his second year with Cleveland (AHL). HE scored 16 goals with 11 assists (27 points) in 57 games with Cleveland this season.

Zucker suffered a lower-body injury in his first game back on Thursday. Zucker was unable to put any weight on his leg as he left the ice but was seen walking post-game. This is an unbelievably bad break for Zucker, who will miss his 38th game of the season on Saturday.

Bayreuther, who grew up just a few hours outside of Boston, will play for the first tie since March 13th. Bayreuther will replace Gabriel Carlsson in the lineup.
