Thompson missed the Sabres' morning skate and has been dealing with some nagging upper-body injuries as of late and will be a game-time decision Monday vs. Montreal. The Sabres' are attempting to reach their highest win total since 2011-12 (39) and will hope to have their leading scorer who has 44 goals, 45 assists, 269 SOG, 35 PIMs and a +6 plus/minus through 72 games this season.

Thompson missed the Sabres' morning skate and has been dealing with some nagging injuries as of late, making him a game-time decision Monday vs. Montreal. The Sabres' are attempting to reach their highest win total since 2011-12 (39) and will hope to have their leading scorer who has 44 goals, 45 assists, 269 SOG, 35 PIMs and a +6 plus/minus through 72 games this season.

He takes on the Arizona Coyotes, who have lost their last two games and are last in the NHL in shots per game (25.7).

Luukkonen allowed seven goals on 25 shots (.720 SV%) for his fifth-straight loss as he was destroyed by Boston in his last start. It has been a tough second season for the 24-year-old netminder, who is 15-11-4 with a 3.62 GAA and .891 SV%. He takes on the New Jersey Devils, who's lost three of their last four games after a 2-1 overtime loss to Tampa Bay their last time out.

The 30-year-old travelling netminder has been serviceable when called upon, with his 3-2-1 record, 3.89 GAA and .892 SV%. He takes on the struggling Philadelphia Flyers, who have lost nine of their last 11 games.

He will take on the Chicago Blackhawks, who have lost eight of their last 11 games and are last in the NHL in goals per game (2.51).
