He takes on the struggling Philadelphia Flyers, who have lost nine of their last 11 games.

Greenway has three goals, five assists, 67 SOG, 26 PIMs and a -8 plus/minus through 53 games this season and is now considered day-to-day with an upper-body injury. The 26-year-old will hope to be back sooner rather than later as it is not his first time dealing with an injury this season.

The Sabres have signed Devon Levi to a three-year entry-level contract.

Levi was selected in the seventh-round of the 2020 draft and was traded to the Sabres as a part of the deal that sent Sam Reinhart to the Panthers. Levi is widely considered one of the best goaltending prospects in the NHL and went 17-12-5 with a 2.24 GAA, .933 SV% and six shutouts in 34 games with Northeastern University this season.

McLeod has 11 goals, 11 assists, 73 SOG, 16 PIMs and a +3 plus/minus through 55 games this season but is not expected to play Thursday as he deals with an undisclosed injury. The 23-year-old is considered day-to-day until Edmonton provides more of an update on the injury.

The 24-year-old rookie netminder has been up-and-down this season, with his 15-10-3 record, 3.54 GAA and .895 SV%. He will face the Washington Capitals, who have lost three of their last four games and are 19th in the NHL in goals per game (3.09).

Lyon is 3-2-1 with a 3.89 GAA and .892 SV% and has been reassigned to Charlotte (AHL) Wednesday so that he can see some game action instead of backing up in Florida. He returns to the minors, where he was 11-9-1 with a .906 SV% and 2.62 GAA.
