Riley Tufte has been recalled from the Texas Stars (AHL).

Tufte earned his first promotion of 2022-23 to the Dallas Stars Monday after putting up seven goals and 16 points with 39 PIMs and a +10 plus/minus through 21 games this season with Texas (AHL). Tufte was a first-round pick (25th overall) in 2016 and has scored one goal and four PIMs across ten previous career NHL games prior to his call-up Monday.

Swayman will start Friday in Arizona.

Swayman stopped 21 of 24 shots (.875 SV%) before ultimately taking the overtime loss vs. Vegas in his previous start. The 24-year-old Bruins' backup has been up and down this season with a 5-2-1 record, 2.63 GAA and .899 SV%. He will face the Arizona Coyotes, who are in the middle of a six-game losing skid and have lost 10 of their last 11 games.

Sean Kuraly will be a game-time decision Friday as Columbus takes on Calgary (undisclosed).

Kuraly will be a game-time decision Friday after picking up 18 PIMs in the Blue Jackets' previous contest vs. Buffalo. The 29-year-old veteran has six goals, nine points, 24 PIMs and 36 SOG through 23 GP this season.

Joonas Korpisalo is in the starters' crease at morning skate before Friday's game vs. Calgary.

Korpisalo was yanked after allowing three Tage Thompson goals on only nine total shots (.667 SV%) as he took the no-decision in his last start. It has been an up-and-down season for the 28-year-old, who is 4-5-1 with a .899 SV% and 3.65 GAA.

Lukas Reichel has been reassigned to Rockford (AHL).

Reichel was recalled on an emergency basis Tuesday due to Jonathan Toews missing their game due to illness. He will head back to Rockford (AHL) just a day later but did manage to make his season debut picking up 13:58 TOI and posting a -1 plus/minus last night.

Joonas Korpisalo will start Wednesday vs. the Sabres.

Korpisalo allowed four goals on 35 shots (.886 SV%) as he picked up his fourth loss in five starts his previous time out in a defeat to Detroit. The 28-year-old has done enough to take the Blue Jackets' starting job, with his 4-5-1 record, .905 SV% and 3.51 GAA. He draws another tough task as he takes on the Buffalo Sabres, who surprisingly rank 2nd in the NHL in goals with 3.8 average per game.

Morgan Geekie will return to the Kraken lineup Tuesday vs. Montreal (upper body).

Geekie has missed the Kraken's previous two games due to an upper-body injury but will return to the lineup Tuesday as they take on the Montreal Canadiens. The 24-year-old had four goals, five assists, 15 SOG and a +13 plus/minus in 18 games with the Kraken prior to his injury.

Jordan Harris will draw back into the Canadiens' lineup vs. San Jose.

Harris has been a healthy scratch for the Canadiens' previous two contests but will draw back into the lineup Tuesday as they take on San Jose. The 22-year-old defenseman has a goal and four assists with a +1 plus/minus and 26 SOG through 18 games played.

Korpisalo stopped 26 of 28 shots (.929 SV%) in a win over Montreal his last time out. The 28-year-old has been mediocre by definition with his 3-3-1 record, his .901 SV% and 3.86 GAA. He will take on the New York Islanders who have won two straight and four out of their last six games.

Korpisalo stopped 26 of 28 shots (.929 SV%) in a win over Montreal his last time out. The 28-year-old has been mediocre by definition with his 3-3-1 record, his .901 SV% and 3.86 GAA. He will take on the New York Islanders who have won two straight and four out of their last six games.

Jeremy Swayman will start vs. Florida.

Swayman was not busy but stopped 17 of 18 shots (.944 SV%) in a win over Chicago in his previous start. The Bruins' backup has struggled this season with a .890 SV%, 2.82 GAA and 3-1-0 record. He will take on the Florida Panthers who have lost four of their last five games after dropping their last game to Columbus 5-3.
