The consensus was that the Penguins were downgrading between the pipes when they traded Tristan Jarry to the Edmonton Oilers for Stuart Skinner, but Skinner has been terrific early in his tenure with his new team. The 27-year-old Skinner has wins in eight of his last nine games (8-1-0), posting a tremendous 2.02 GAA and .917 SV%. The Penguins enter the action on Tuesday with even -105 odds on the road against a New York Islanders team on a two-game losing streak (0-2-0).
