The NHL has released the full 2026 Stanley Cup Final schedule between the Carolina Hurricanes and the Vegas Golden Knights, with the best-of-seven series set to begin on June 2.

The Golden Knights became the first team to clinch a spot in the Cup final, having done so for the third time in franchise history. Vegas swept the Colorado Avalanche in four games, marking an early end for the Presidents’ Trophy winners. Vegas lost in the Cup final in 2018 – the team’s first year in the league – but managed to beat the Florida Panthers in 2023.

Carolina, meanwhile, overcame an early 1-0 series deficit before winning three straight games. The Hurricanes then went on to win four straight games and head to the final with just one loss through 13 games. Carolina last advanced to the Stanley Cup Final in 2006, where the club won its lone championship to date.

Vegas won both meetings between the two clubs this season, outscoring Carolina 10-4. The Hurricanes will hold home-ice advantage, with the potential to host four of the seven games at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, North Carolina.
